Terms of service

By creating an account or using quik.md you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service. These terms are between you and quik.md.

Keep your credentials confidential. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

One person per account. Don’t share a single account across a team.

Don’t use quik to harass, defraud, or spam anyone.

Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer the service, evade rate limits, or exfiltrate other users’ data.

Don’t use quik for anything illegal in your jurisdiction.

You own what you write. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it so the service can function (sync, backup, AI organize on your own items). We don’t use your content to train models.

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you chose (monthly or yearly). You can cancel future renewals from Settings → Billing at any time.

Lifetime purchases are a one-time charge. No renewal.

Prices and features may change; changes apply to future renewals and are announced in-app before they take effect.

See the refund policy at /refund. In short: the 7-day Pro trial is your evaluation period; after that, charges are non-refundable by default, with narrow exceptions for service failure and accidental renewal.

You can delete your account from Settings at any time. We can suspend or terminate an account for terms violations, fraud, or security reasons.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement beyond what is non-waivable under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We can update these terms. For material changes we’ll prompt you to re-accept in-app. The date below reflects the current version.
