Exceptions
Service failure. If quik fails to deliver a feature we publicly promise, you’re entitled to a refund. Email [email protected] with a short description and we’ll respond within 3 business days.
Accidental or unused renewal. If your subscription renewed, you haven’t used the app since the renewal, and you email [email protected] within 3 days of the charge, we’ll refund the renewal.
Cancellation is not a refund
Cancelling in Settings → Billing stops future billing. It doesn’t refund past charges. If you cancel mid-period, Pro stays on until the period ends and then your account drops to the free tier.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Refund request: <plan>”. Include the charge date and the email on your quik account. Processing takes 3–10 business days once approved.
What’s outside this policy
Chargebacks and disputes opened with your bank bypass this policy and may result in account suspension while the dispute is open. Please email us first. We answer.
